Fairview International School named Malaysia’s No. 1 IB school and Joint 24th worldwide after students averaged 38 points in the IB Diploma Programme in the provisional 2026 IB-Schools.com league table.

Fairview International School has earned international recognition as a Malaysia No. 1 IB School, ranking Joint 24th worldwide and Joint 13th in Asia after its students achieved an average International Baccalaureate Diploma Programme (IBDP) score of 38 points, equivalent to four A grades at A Levels.

The achievement places Fairview among the world’s leading International Baccalaureate (IB) schools and represents a significant milestone for Malaysian education.

According to the provisional 2026 IB-Schools.com league table, Fairview’s average IBDP score of 38 points, equivalent to four A grades at A Levels, is 7.12 points above the 2026 global average of 30.88 points.

Additionally, the result represents a significant improvement from 2025, when the school achieved an average score of 35 points.

More importantly, the 2026 results continue Fairview’s track record of seven consecutive years of outstanding academic achievement, reflecting the school’s sustained commitment to excellence in the International Baccalaureate Diploma Programme.

Malaysia No. 1 IB School Achieves Global Recognition
