Gardening is about creating the right conditions for success. The opposite, where educators tell or force kids what to do, is what most traditionally minded schools do, applying a "one size fits all" approach to every child in the most efficient way they know. Gardeners know that success cannot be forced and that each child's path is unique in their own way and time.
